Cancellation and Transfer Policies
Trip Packages
Our trip packages are non-refundable. However, we highly recommend you purchase trip insurance on the registration portal, which provides a 75% reimbursement.
IKON PASSES
Ikon passes — both the College Local Pass and Ikon Day Pass — are non-refundable upon completion of your trip registration. Ikon Passes are ordered upon your registration and are valid through the duration of the 24/25 ski season.
EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Cancel prior to December 30, 2024– receive a full refund minus the 4% convenience fee applied at check-out.
If cancellation happens after December 30, 2024– no refund. The penalty is 100% of the cost.
Trip Transfer Policy
Transfers are prohibited starting January 14, 2025.
There is a $150 Transfer Fee for customers who transfer their full trip package — including lodging and social — to another traveler. Social Only transfer will cost $75. The new traveler cannot be a registered customer. It must be a new person.
Prior to December 30, 2024, the following items are available for transfer: Trip Package (including lodging and social activities), Lift Tickets, Lessons, Equipment Rentals, Ground Transportation and Non-skier Activities.
Between December 30, 2024 and January 14, 2025, the following items are available for transfer: Trip Package (including lodging and social activities). The non-transferable items are Lessons, Equipment Rentals, Non-skier Activities and Flights. Transfer fees for full trip package and social-only increase to $200 and $100 respectively.
Transfer Process
To initiate the transfer process, the current package holder must email info@skisync.com and copy tuckblackskiweekend@gmail.com. The current package holder must provide their name and email address, as well as the name and email address of the person who is taking over the package. The person who is taking over the package must be a new traveler, not someone who is already registered.
